For account customers (NET30): Full payment is due within 30 days of the invoice date.
For COD customers: Full payment is due upon completion of work on the same day.
Payments not received on time are subject to a late charge of 1.5% per month (compounding).
All fees and costs associated with the collection of overdue payments will be the sole responsibility of the Client.

1.2 Limited Warranty

Drain line clearing: Covered for 30 days, excluding pre-existing conditions or system abuse.
Plumbing repairs: Covered for 90 days on workmanship. Manufacturer’s warranty applies to parts.
New water heater installations: Covered for 1 year on workmanship.
Pride Plumbing, Inc. reserves the right to modify or alter this warranty.

1.3 Service Use & Restrictions

You may not misuse our website, services, or engage in fraudulent activity.
We reserve the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at our discretion.

1.4 Liability Disclaimer

We are not liable for damages or losses resulting from delays, unforeseen circumstances, or third-party actions.
Services are provided "as is" without warranties beyond those stated.
