How long are quotes good for?
All quotes are good for 30 days. The only changes made to a signed quote are for complications stemming from unforeseen issues. Should the information or scope of work change from the original bid, the customer is notified by our team of residential plumbers for approval before moving forward with any work.
Can I get a price breakdown?
Our residential plumbers do not provide a breakdown of time and materials for services rendered. All jobs are quoted with a set "bid" price prior to starting work.
What forms of payment do you accept?
As is expected from most residential plumbers, we accept cash, checks, and most major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, and Discover. Unfortunately, we do not accept American Express.
Do you offer financing?
Yes, we offer financing. Please contact us and our residential plumbers can help!
Are you open on weekends?
We operate 24 hours, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Emergency services are available after regular business hours and are subject to overtime rates. You can count on our residential plumbers when you need them most.
Are you a licensed contractor?
We are licensed by the California State License Board with a C-36 license (License number 973394). Our residential plumbers are also fully insured and bonded.
Where are you located? Do you charge mileage?
Pride Plumbing is located at 1357 N. Cuyamaca Strett in El Cajon, CA 92020. We don't charge for drive time, however, there is a $10.00 fuel surcharge for all service calls. Call our residential plumbers with any other questions you may have.
